Shipping policy
At Healvia Ltd, we are committed to delivering your wellness products quickly, securely, and efficiently. We proudly partner with trusted delivery providers including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL to ensure reliable service across the UK and internationally.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
International Delivery:
We use DHL International for overseas shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination but typically range from 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
Tracking Your Order:
All shipping options, except Royal Mail Standard, include full tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Missed Delivery & Returns:
If delivery is missed, your courier will either leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will incur a redelivery charge.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some international destinations may have customs restrictions on certain supplements or health-related products. Please check your country’s import laws before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels:
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@healvia.co.uk within 7 days of your expected delivery date. For orders that arrive damaged, please send us photographs along with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
