Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements or other health-related products.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and returned to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Healvia Ltd is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges & Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healvia.co.uk. Include clear photos of the damaged product. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, email us at support@healvia.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with the return address and further instructions. Once you receive our reply, securely package the item and send it back. Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.
