All About Organic Strong White Bread Flour (Biobake):

Strong white bread flour is milled entirely from premium hard wheat varieties.

It is the strongest of all flours and contains more protein, ranging from 12 to 14 percent. This helps produce more rise and structural support in the dough, allowing the final product to lift and hold shape. It also creates a chewier texture and more browning in the crust.

BioBake is an organic high gluten flour made for professional bakery use. It is Soil Association certified and does not include any fungal, or enzyme derived additives.


Instructions For Use: 

Strong white bread flour is ideal for making bread, puff pastry, Yorkshire puddings, or any baked good that needs more volume. Strong white flour produces a higher rise and gives baked dishes a light, open texture.
