How to use
Simply fill the reusable tea bag with your herbs, tie, and hook over your hot tap while you run your bath as usual, letting the water flow through the tea bag to create an indulgent bespoke soak.
Carefully slip into your bath and allow the skin to soak.
Pay attention to the sensations on your skin whilst slowly breathing in and out to calm your mind and feel more present amid the chaos of life.
Light a candle, breathe in and relax for about 20 minutes while enjoying the therapeutic experience
Good to Know: For a full bath use 3-4 tablespoons. Each bottle makes 4-5 full baths depending on how much you use per bath.
