Izu Matcha

Izu Matcha is finely powdered green tea with a creamy texture, savoury umami and a vivid green cup. Sift it first, then whisk it into a traditional bowl, an iced drink or a latte.

Choose your matcha

Classic bowl: sift 1–2g into a bowl, add 60–80ml water at 75–80°C and whisk briskly in a W motion until finely frothy.

Hot latte: whisk 1–2g with 30–50ml water, then add 200–250ml steamed milk.

Iced: whisk 1–2g with a little cool water, pour over ice and top with water or milk.
